When I received an email from Ben Klawans, the sole member of Mormon Toasterhead, I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. It was a simple email and the project name seemed a bit odd, but I’m so happy I decided to give his music a listen. summer, the album that life can be cutesuzing comes from, is simply beautiful.

life can be cutesuzing serves as the perfect introduction to summer. As the album name would imply, we’re provided with lots of soft and pretty textures as well as songwriting that highlights the beauty in simplicity. Much like the rest of this album, life can be cutesuzing is a minimalist piece of art but one that is still completely rewarding.

Ben knows exactly how to make the most of what he has and he shows that all over this record. In all honesty, any track on summer could have highlighted its brilliance, but it only made sense to introduce you to Mormon Toasterhead with the opening track of this fantastic album.
